Harleston Tennis Club is a LTA affiliated club with approximately 70 members and is situated on the recreation ground adjacent to the Harleston Leisure Centre.

There are two all-weather courts available throughout the year and three grass courts in use from May to September. There are club nights on Wednesdays during the summer months with various weekend social events and friendly tournaments. Promising juniors are invited to participate in club nights.
Winter play: the club will be arranging club play on Saturday mornings every first and third Saturday in the month starting 18th October from 10:00 am to 12:00 am.
Harleston Tennis club is organizing the South Norfolk Tennis leagues this year. Please see "South Norfolk League" in the menu on the left for more information.
New Members
We are keen to welcome new members of all ages and experience.
Harleston Tennis Club offers:
- Free use of the tennis courts – no court booking fees. Once you have paid your annual subscription there is nothing more to pay.
- Club evenings . Every Wednesday starting 6pm – just turn up and play!
- League tennis . All members are invited to join the team selection evenings. We enter teams in the Lowestoft and South Norfolk leagues.
- Club events. These include ‘fun' tennis evenings and the annual club singles and doubles tournaments.
- Junior tennis. The club runs a junior team which play friendly matches against local clubs

To play
There are several categories of membership - adult, family, junior and senior citizen, family membership being the most popular option. Courts are reserved through the Leisure Centre. The club is still actively looking for a coach - anybody interested in this position please contact the tennis club.
The club enters teams in both the Lowestoft and South Norfolk Leagues. Last summer we have maintained our position in Division 1 of the Lowestoft League and in Division 1 of the South Norfolk League
